Put down the crack pipe. |
no its true! Plan 2025 has section about what they are doing to or going to do to women, that will strip women of basic rights: transferring financial assets from women to male guardians, ending workplace protections for women, introducing government monitoring of women’s financial transactions, and the phasing out of access to credit, loans, and property ownership for all unmarried women! |
| You sound very anti-cop. I hope you never need them. This is for one week the fact that you're so disturbed by this enough to start a post says a lot about you. "I'm not anti-cop," ok Jan. |
This will probably make your head explode. https://dcist.com/story/23/10/25/dc-police-top-overtime-earners/ |
+1 Just because I hate criminals doesn’t mean I have to love cops. I wish they’d just negate each other out. |
Would you say that to a police officer’s widow? |
Assuming you are trolling? "project" 2025 was written by Democrats and D.C. insiders, this has been known for over a year now. It was a "diversionary tactic". |
This. Not fond of either, as they are both the same, just different gang symbols and uniforms. |
These state professionals come from all over the country. They join alongside federal police enforcement (You know the guys and gals who are in every agency). This congestion is normal for Washington DC. This particular group is easier to spot than some due to their uniforms. A lot of people also feel anger to the annual right-to-lifers who congregate in large number in DC, as they hoist large signs and wearable slogans. It’s part of living in DC! It’ll be over soon. |
| The handicap parade also blocks traffic every year. Is it acceptable to complain about them? The idea is that they wish to be visible. |
| Imagine the posts here for Trump’s birthday parade. |
| This is back again today. No other parade comes for the entire week and has the number of motorcycles all blaring their sirens every 15 minutes all day long up and down CT ave, or cars racing at high speed, through red lights which is very dangerous. The police could still be honored and make small changes to not bully everyone else at the same time. A few examples - every motorcycle in the 30-40 bike honor guard doesn't need to simultaneously blare their siren the whole time, they are looping up and down conn ave every 15 minutes, they could select a few of them to do it which would provide notice but not be deafening to everyone - secret service doesn't do this and manage to keep the president safe, also no need for patrol cars racing up and down roads. Treating others with respect isn't an unfair request. |
| The boys are back in town! A "police motorcade" of cops from an entirely different state just went down Conn. Ave. with sirens and lights blaring at 10:30 at night. |
| Who do we complain to about this? Genuinely asking. I do not want to complain to MPD, because I have no issues with MPD, or cops at all. |
|
It’s the safest week of the year in D.C.
You’re welcome. |
