HHS investigation of Harvard Law Review

The point here is that there is no evidence to suggest that HLR is anymore racist than any other prestigious law school so why is it being singled out?

You want to target racism, great, but to believe this administration is about the same idea and purpose is nonsensical. If you believe they care one iota about racism or anti-semitism I have a bridge in Queens to sell you.

Two things can be true at the same time:

1. Elite universities have engaged in egregious and improper conduct.

2. Trump is a dictatorial moron using #1 as a pretext to indiscriminately attack universities.

I cannot comprehend why people view these as either/or choices.

Shameful that America's top minds in law school were too dumb to keep their biases off-the-record.

Per Trump's EO, you can discriminate all you want, as long as you couch it as personal preference and don't say or write that it is race-based.

Much more is expected from prestigious schools like Harvard and Columbia. Harvard's biases wouldn't be as obvious if it were a mediocre institution.
