Now instead of weeding out all the false refugees, the government might just shot down the program completely.

It sad that the program gets so abused. I thought it was absurd that they wanted to expand the program that was already generous to accommodate the Ukrainians. Democrats don't seem to get other people's suffering doesn't give them entitlement.

I would be fine accommodating the 200K Ukranians but only if we cancel 200K H-1b and green cards. Sorry, but there is war in the world and there are more important things than your tech bubble.

These Ukrainians would love to go back to a peaceful country, rather than stay here. Didn't the felon promise, swore up and down, that he'd end this day 1? If you're worried about Americans not getting enough assistance, blame the GOP for proposing to cut Medicare. Blame the billionaires. It was the best that was available. The idea was a great one and even with it's flaws (as you pointed out) one worth pursuing.

I'm saying they're war refugees -- actual "full blown, illegal, unprovoked invasion by the world's biggest nuclear power" war refugees, who have been fighting against the biggest army of tyranny that stalks the Earth today. They've literally been on the front line of Democracy fighting and dying for years, lauded by political leaders from both parties in the USA and across our NATO allies.

Yes, they deserve to go straight to the front of the refugee line.
