Lockdown is the highest threat level, when a shooter is expected to start shooting at any moment: locked in classroom, lights out, complete silence, everyone in storage room or under desk is not storage room.

They don't teach, usually, because that's how it goes:

We have classes with 1-2 free classes a day to do assignments, many just goof off, including ours.

The issue with last week is that kid was sitting in class before the fight with a gun.

Last year, a kid was seen with a weapon on campus. The school did not say it was a gun. Only from the media did parents find out.

What would knowing which class he was at do to any of this? There’s no metal detectors in school. How will a teacher know he has a gun on him?

Was student apprehended? Did student's parents help identify their kid - the student in question? Perhaps start with those parents, PP, 11:50?
