Best way to counter Musk is to impact Tesla sales

I am the kind of person who can afford and might have purchased a Tesla.

No way in hell would I buy one now.

Prior to Musk showing his colors, I was absolutely planning to buy a Tesla. I wanted to transition to an electric car. Now, no way would I purchase one of those

Though, as somebody up thread stated, he's now getting most of his money via government contracts. While he's slashing peoples jobs, he's making sure that his contracts are safe and more lucrative

I’m on my second EV. We deliberately chose not to get a Tesla last year because of Elon’s abhorrent remarks/actions/whatever. And the EV market has many amazing options now anyway, so it’s not necessary to get a Tesla. We have a Lucid and are really happy with it.

It's not gonna happen. I hate Musk, but DH (a liberal democrat) drives a Tesla and will never give it up. Apparently, it's just a really good car.

Shame on your husband then.

There are many cucks like that. They worship Musk.

I already think about Elon musk way, way more than I would like to in my Subaru. If he sold a Tesla with some kind of mind block so I would forget he exists, I might buy it.

Musk has moved on from Tesla. He’s more into the space stuff and AI now.

Especially since they aren't great cars. Tons of owners posting videos online (before the govt musk fiasco) showing them literally fall apart from every day use.

My family will never ever buy any Tesla car again.

He has. But most of his wealth is tied up in Tesla.

It’s already happening, OP. There have been large protests at dealerships across the US. I don’t think they’re really being reported, but can see them across threads. 🧵

Anonymous wrote:You misunderstand, Tesla is not priced based upon its performance as a car company or even as a technology company.

It is a cult stock propped up by millions “masculine men “who will use similar techniques as GameStop to keep the price high. as well as musk’s own insider, trading and other manipulations that I’m sure he has refined since he got slapped by the SEC for improper messaging.

Even if they were losing money, they would simply sell stock to raise more capital and the army of insanity will prop it up. And the key here is the price is set at the margin, I think, where like the price of all the stocks is priced out by the irrational high price of the last transaction

So tell Vanguard and others to divest?

That won’t be happening any longer since Trump is eliminating all government EV stations.

I've been boycotting his rockets, I think it is way more effective. I vow that I will never, NEVER buy a SpaceX rocket, no matter how great they are.
