For me I am not using my time as efficiently as I could - though I'm rarely up until midnight and I get about 7-7.5 hours asleep at night.
Between 8-11, which is the time that my child goes down and I get in bed, DH and I clean up the kitchen, food prep for next day, maybe do laundry. I call my mom, watch some TV, check personal email/facebook/DCUM etc., talk to DH, play with my cat. I try to do some back and neck stretches because I have issues there, I may pack up my bag for the next day, check BB, etc. Then get ready for bed, think about what I'll wear the next day, then get in bed and read for a while. Then it's 11:30 and I promise myself I will go to bed earlier the next night!!!
I wake up around 6:45, so it's not that bad, but I should probably go down a little earlier. When it catches up with me, I do - last night I had my lights out by 10:45 which was nice.
