| i think i need a new routine |
| 11:30pm - 5:30am |
| Bed at 11 or earlier and up at 7. Kids leave for school at 750 and 840. |
| I try to be headed to bed around 10 but its usually 10:30/10:45 before I am shutting off the lights most nights. I'd say once a week I'm literally lights out at 9:30 - thats kind of my catchup night. I get up at 6. I've always been one who needed more sleep. |
| 11:30-6:30. Leave for school at 7:30. |
| We're in bed with lights out between 9-9:30, and usually stay up chatting for awhile and go to sleep around 9:30-10. Up at 5:15 weekdays, around then or up to 7am on weekends. We have a baby who gets us up at night so these hours work for us, but it is hard going to bed so early! Pre-pregnancy/baby I used to stay up until 11 or midnight routinely. |
| 10-7:30 or so, but I am struggling with insomnia and am usually awake for 1-3 hours in the middle of the night. |
| I go to bed between 9 and 10 and wake up naturally between 5 and 6. DH stays up until 11-12 and wakes up at 7 during the week, 8:30 on weekends. |
| Bed at midnight or sometimes a little after, wake up at 6:45. Yes, we need to get more sleep, but we are both total night owls by nature. I think my body has somehow adjusted. I try to take a couple naps on the weekends to catch up. |
| Typically in bed with lights out around 11:30 - wake up around 8-8:15. We're really lucky. Both DH and I have flexible work schedules and our toddler likes to sleep in! |
| 11:30 to 5am -- 6am if I'm lucky. Insomnia issues plus just too much to do. In my perfect world, I'd sleep midnight to 8am. |

| I try to get in bed by about 10:00 and am probably asleep by 11:00. Alarm goes off at 6:10 and I usually make it out of bed by 6:30. I used to go to bed by 9:30, but that was before my son started bedtime battles until 9:30 or 10:00 every night. *yawn* |
| Bed at 10, read for half an hour or so. Wake up at 6. |
