Private & Independent Schools
| They also decided to live in Del Ray. They are complete freaks. |
They seem to scream intolerance until someone isn't following their agenda, then we get this. Almost like it's.....what's the word? Oh yeah. Hypocritical. |
| It’s uber liberal for catholic school and he would HATE it. |
Agree. But I will complain about any increase in traffic, regardless of politics. That area is already a nightmare. |
| Good luck to SR |
It's not about the kids. Parents are a big part of what makes a school a community. It's fine to have an opinion on this. Plus security and everything else, yes it matters. |
Yuck |
Are your kids the type that would bully his? Sounds like it. |
I teach at a private school that has had a President's kid enrolled in the past. Secret Service does not need a perimeter or if they do, it isn't very big. They just need a place to park their vehicles everyday and a room/closet for their surveillance monitors. |
Usha would be the one dealing with most of it as far as events there and she’s lovely and would fit in fine. |
| Guys their daughter is 2. I think we have all been trolled. |
Because of a visit? |
It’s a Catholic school, nominally, that celebrates a sinful lifestyle, at least if you are Catholic. |
Given that the regular school starts at age 3 it doesn't seem impossible. I'm still guessing they are looking for both the younger kids, and are considering Mater Dei for the oldest. |
| While I’m sure SR would welcome them (if for no other reason than donations now and for years to come) it won’t do much for SR’s brand. This area is very liberal and schools only get a boost from president/vp kids attending when they are dems. Baron did nothing for St. Andrews. It’s still not considered a top school. |
