Right? PR has so many electoral votes. This will make a meaningful difference.

Oh? So it wasn’t a joke. That guy was filling us on the current status of PR?

It’s like one party wants to help all Americans and one party wants to kill the Americans they don’t like.

And yet Muslims and Arab Americans are supporting Trump…a guy who doesn’t consider them white or American.

Strange times.

It’s painful to watch how clueless you guys are.

Do any Puerto Ricans actually disagree? That's why they all moved here right?

Fine, Puerto Rico does have an issue with waste disposal… however, how on Earth was this “comedian’s” bit helpful? In no way do his choice of words help Trump. Now, Trump either supports and he vetted the bit, or he is the most inept at making decisions for his own campaign. Do we want an incompetent person leading this country? There is no way to spin this in Trump’s favor.

The people who enjoy this type of “comedy” are already voting for Trump. Please tell me what is his strategy with this move. I am Latina, not Puerto Rican, and this hit hard. I already voted for Harris, but I sure hope last night’s event will get more Latinos to the polls. The people cheering usually cannot make a difference between Puerto Ricans and other Latinos, and all those Cubans and Venezuelas voting for Trump, please remember, his followers tend to lump us up in one big group of undesirables

Yeah, because Puerto Ricans only live in Puerto Rico.

I'm pretty sure that "all" Puerto Ricans didn't move here, just as "all Europeans" didn't move here.

And that's not even a proper comparison, given PR is a U.S. territory.

Puerto Rico is here. They have American citizenship. Did you not know that? That means that all the millions of Americans with Puerto Rican heritage who live in the continental United States get to vote in Presidential elections in the state in which they live.

There are a million in Florida.
Half a million in Pennsylvania.
Quite a few in Wisconsin.

And you all just called them a floating patch of garbage.

A small handful that align socially with the Taliban. Most mainstream are supporting Harris because they remember the Muslim ban and other horrors from the first term.

Eh, Michigan?

I have a number of FB friends in Michigan and I’m following with interest a few threads where they are openly in heated debate about Trump. Mehdi posted a terrific YouTube explanation of why shaming Muslims into voting for trump is wrong and misguided, and the ensuing debate has been eye opening.

I agree! Here’s that even more disgusting “joke” in full:

At another point, Hinchcliffe said Latinos “love making babies.”

“They do. There’s no pulling out. They don’t do that. They come inside. Just like they did to our country,” he said.

Just foul. And the MAGA cheer. Get out and vote and help end this nonsense.
