How much is everyone’s shuttle bus to private school this year?

Ours is $4,000/school year. The school isn't affiliated w/ the bus at all. Just a bunch of parents getting together to work with a private company.

Well, keep in mind that private school families pay taxes. If I remember correctly, the lawsuit made the argument that transportation and schooling were separate services. Parents of private school students pass on the free schooling, but not the free transportation. And as they were paying for both, they should receive the services they choose.

Me too!!!! My brother in Rhode Island gets free transportation to private school from the state. Tho the bus services multiple private schools in the area, so the bus ride is ~45 minutes.

Of course, busing individual kids to any one of dozens of private schools it is vastly more expensive than busing kids who live in the same neighborhood to the same neighborhood school.

Our school taxes are high as a result!

Maret has a morning shuttle from the Metro. And isn't. Field's shuttle part of the tuition? Potomac school makes everyone take the bus, so it's also part of tuition.

I think Potomac's shuttles are free. If you want bus service to your house or neighborhood, it's a fee.
