I bet you’re SO fun at parties!…

…if by chance you ever get invited to any.

No one wants to go to your parties with garbage American foods like pigs in a blanket, deviled eggs, potato salad, and any variant of a dip. You might as well be holding a conagra or campells stock holder convention because all you have at your parties are nasty ultra processed American foods.

A deviled egg is delicious. So is potato salad. Also potato salad is a german? And tzatiki is dip, not American. But, your attitude is poor and life is sad. Have a better day.

🤮

I can't believe someone is so proud that they have a terrible palate and they want to announce it to everyone.

I used to drink Tang in the 80's and I'm pretty sure no oranges died in the process. I wouldn't dream of drinking that today. But I do miss that fake astronaut ice cream that you could buy from wherever in Florida they launch space shuttles. Mmmmm...those were yummy chemicals.

When I was a kid, my best friend’s mom used to make the Chun King canned chicken chow mein with those crunchy noodle things that people used to put on salads. I hated the chow mein but I do love those crunchy noodles.

We had sloppy joe's last night.

I make sloppy joes from scratch all the time, sometimes with turkey. Almost as easy as opening a can as manwich and much better quality

How are deviled eggs, hummus and guacamole (the last two dips I served) and potato salad made from scratch "nasty ultra processed American foods"?

That's the same PP who couldn't explain how this recipe for sloppy joe's is processed food.

1 tablespoon butter
▢1 pound lean ground beef (85/15)
▢1 small onion chopped (4 ounces)
▢1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt (or ½ teaspoon of any other salt)
▢¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced
▢½ cup unsweetened ketchup
▢½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Just a moron with an axe to grind since the land of opportunity clearly didn't work out for her.

Bet she comes back and claims to be wealthy and educated though. That's how it usually works with internet liars.

Please do tell us what delicacies you are consuming on a regular basis?

Uhhh...labneh, baba ganoush, tzatziki, guacamole, hummus, taramasalata, all dips. Not an American in sight. What's your beef with these?

What's the cuisine of your country? Sheep's eyeballs? Not too processed.

PS. Potato salad isn't exactly ultra processed, or particularly American. You're kinda dumb.

Things we ate as a child in the 70s/80s but no longer eat:

Sloppy Joes
Meatloaf
Salisbury steak
Chicken Romanov
Tuna Casserole
A bread bowl hollowed out and filled with cream cheese/ deviled ham mixture and crackers
Bologna sandwiches, olive loaf if being fancy
Stuffed green peppers
Water chestnuts wrapped in bacon
Casseroles
Tuna melts
Peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwiches

I can’t say that I miss any of it!

It's our "garbage" poster again. Do you ever take a day off from spouting negativity? Hope you're not married or a father.

Deviled eggs are devoured in the first 10 minutes of my parties.

Sometimes I do still buy it but I miss the hype of knowing other people who also had it for dinner recently. No one I seem to run into still eats these “classics” - yes, they are classics to me.

So much salt in both the meals you mention. No thanks! But, why does it matter what other people eat?

But you eagerly commented on what PP eats!!

Hypocrite.

This is what this site is for. What I was saying is if op likes the food than it doesn't matter who in the world eats it. I was not saying no one should comment on the food choices.
I'm going to assume the best and that you did not understand what I was saying.

There are things as a child I ate and enjoyed but, now cannot eat for health reasons and the fact my taste buds changed. How does that make me a hypocrite?
I used to like chocolate shakes and chocolate ice cream with jimmies. Now I think they are too sweet.

She backpedals…she clears her throat…ahem…she backpedals some more.

What a riot.

Yes, this sounds horrendous! I might die from it!

Hmm. So what do you eat?

Garlic AND pepper in a dish? Are you trying to kill someone?

Have you never eaten at an Asian or Italian restaurant? Garlic and pepper all day long. yummmm
