Nurses, health care workers, nannies and now teachers. What are our own people doing that there is a need to go to another part of the world to recruit teachers? Dumbing of America? Or not enough young people therefore, a reason for SC's Roe v Wade decision?

The wages and work environment of these jobs are not encouraging any US citizen to enter the field

Also the normalized chaos and harrassment of teachers by students and admin is off putting and a big reason no one wants to teach anymore. I dont recommend this profession.
