Trump campaign death spiral

Oh wait, you are correct, this number is wrong, he apparently only raised $137M

You believe that? You saw his take right after he was shot. It was not 139M.

I don’t usually believe Trump but this is straight from his campaign.

But I agree that it’s a cult, and they won’t.

Old man Trump is unfit and unhinged. He just goes off on random tangents airing his many grievances and is unable to answer the simplest questions.

That was also the high-water mark of his campaign. MAGA was crowing on this board that the election was over. But starting with the RNC, it's been one piece of bad news after another.

His numbers are better than Kamala's state by state.

This! The guy is a loser by all measures yet half of the country will still vote for him, a significant portion of them even idolize him. Says a lot about our country that it’s this close to begin with.

+1 I'm glad there's more excitement now on the Dem side but it makes me so sad that after everything still nearly half of voters says yeah we want more Trump. Seriously???? I used to disagree with Republicans but could at least understand where they were coming from. Now, I just can't at all.

A lot of them aren’t really saying we want more Trump, they just want less progressive policy. I recently watched an interview with a Harris about equity and it honestly sounded quite socialist. Not a huge fan of that.

Give me a break

Very low energy.

Kyle Rittenhouse is no longer endorsing Trump. It's over.

Oh please. There is nothing socialist about the democratic agenda. The leadership are democrats and liberals, not the progressives.
That said, do you know what is "socialist" - when government dictates the management of a body, when government bails out industries like agriculture after Trump's tariffs hit hard in the midwest. I could go on, but let's be honest in the discussion.

But how is this that different from when Biden stepped down and endorsed Harris and liberals objected saying they wanted one of the other candidates (Whitmer, Newsom, etc) and that they questioned whether they could vote for Harris and started to tear her down for 2020 and what she's done as VP. Or even now in the Veepstakes, with people saying that if she picks candidate X or Y, that they will not vote for her?

In each of these cases, supporters of Harris and later supporters of various Veep candidates are saying much the same thing. For them, the goal is to beat Trump and not supporting Harris or their Veep candidate of choice means that person is not a Democrat. This isn't that different from the Vote Blue no matter what camp.

Haley didn't even come close in the primary. Why would she do better than Trump?

She would definitely debate circles around Harris but that's about it

She came closer than anyone else in that looney tunes cult.

Posts like this are a handy reminder that the average American voter wouldn't know "Socialism" if it walked up and bit them on the ass.

That didn't actually happen. There was a lot of sturm and drang before Biden dropped out - about whether he should; about who should replace him if he did - but that's basically died down since Harris became the presumptive nominee. We were in that sort of "DO WHAT'S RIGHT" position before Biden dropped out, not since.

That's how it's different.

No, she wouldn’t. Harris would ask Haley, “What caused the Civil War?” Haley’s response: AKCHUALLY…

Socialism is a centrally planned economy. It's exactly what democrats have been pushing since before Tip O'Neill.
