Two interviews in two months is great! Job searches take time. A lot of time.

I think you need to sit him down for a heart to heart and tell him his anxiety is understandable but he needs to “dump out” not “dump in.” He needs to complain to someone else and support you.

This is completely a him problem. You are presently employed. You are doing your due diligence to get your next job and having fairly high success rates judging by interviews. You will be collecting unemployment insurance so you will not be without an income.

If he is anxious about the difference between your current income and your income after July he can start looking for better paying jobs. Transferring his anxiety to you is doing reproductive.
