I cannot imagine that was why. It was a cover as they BOE and Taylor have been public they did not like virtual for their kids but it takes a lot of parental involvement. They had lots of lawsuits and unethical unnecessary spending. The MVA cost very little and they lost a few hundred students when it closed to private programs and homeschooling.
