Post partum depression. She spread the word which is great. It should not be so secretive.

But the penis memes seem kinda childish. The group is ok. Entertaining sometimes. Don’t take any of it too seriously and you’ll be fine. They do allow some stupid posts. And a lot of anonymous posts

Yes, understand the old group was different. Just giving the backstory. It's probably why this lady gained traction so quickly. She had a group of built in FB subscribers. And if she hadn't done all of those forced chats, I probably wouldn't have unsubscribed because I don't check FB that often. But now I want to rejoin for all the drama.

Are you talking about the group for kids? That is different, kinda. A lovely mom ran it for years and her kids grew up and many of us in it eventually stopped going/organizing things as our kids got older and in activities/friends. She handed the group over to six cool moms and it went downhill very quickly and isn't the same group or worthwhile. Before it was all free and money the group leader, but some other parents organized lunches, activities and meet ups. She didn't want to shut down the group but no one else would take over. It was a great group.

I don’t know if she still does it because it was a long time ago-but for a while everytime everyone asked a question in a different parenting group she would comment asking them to join and ask in her group. I hope she was kicked out of the other groups. She is so hypocritical. it’s so gross.

When I followed the group there were often these cryptic posts about drama and rumors in other groups and how nothing you read about her were true. I never had any idea what they were about but just the long posts of “nothing to see here” made me think there was something wrong.

I left a few months ago because of the penis posts. There was one post when a celeb penis photo leaked that got 300 comments. There is a Rockville Bethesda Potomac group that is much more helpful for recommendations.

I already left the group but man-there also seemed to be some drama with the owner of the group and others. She seems really volatile when she is confronted about something? Her reactions just seem over the top.

Anyway I do think she started with good intentions but the group just seems all about money at this point.

If you’re talking about monthly flat free internists that’s not the same thing. And they aren’t the best doctors.
