Worked with him at another e.s. was the worst principal I ever had. People have no idea what an interesting person he is. Never judge a book by its cover. Tamar Ruth worked with Mr.Winter at my school some years ago. They were quite the pleasure, Not. We filed many complaints and even our union got involved but to no avail.

Tamar Ruth became interim AP while Winters was on leave at RPES. She was just put on leave too.

It looks like the administrators took off all of the what seem to be speculation about what happened. That said, that information is true. I happen to know about it from good sources. That’s also a problem because we cannot cite those sources. I guess this means that this site will allow speculation, about persecution, but not speculation about abuses by the actual person.

I worked with him at another school also and my experience was the opposite. I find him to be one of the better principals in MCPS, but just my opinion.
