I wouldn't care about the money or the cream but I would care A LOT about the lying and the gaslighting behavior that is making this poor woman wonder why she's burning through expensive products at such a fast rate. The idea that you are carefully putting the stuff back so that she doesn't know you're using it -- that's really weird and not normal. This is like the people that finish all the cookies and then put the box back in the closet and refuse to admit they ate the cookies, except x100.
Just tell her you like the stuff and want to use it too. What's the big deal?
