The unsubstantiated rumor?

That link was from a soccer trainer in Buffalo, NY. You know the kind of guy with all the inside information.

So what about TopHat from Georgia going to ECNL? That may mean a realignment in Mid-Atlantic. The NC teams should be tired of traveling to VA and if they add another team in that area then the NC teams travel south and no longer to VA.

There needs to be a realignment. Maybe even try to add MD United to Mid-Atlantic to make things easier for travel. BSC will likely not want to be added to MA but who knows.

There are already 16 teams in that SE conference. ECNL has way too many teams all around.

Southeast conference goes from Miami to Birmingham to Atlanta to South Carolina. It's huge from geographic standpoint

They won't add any MD teams to Mid-Atlantic. They tried it with the boys teams and moved them to North Atlantic South conference.

Don't take the carpet from underneath us, MD United should stay in NA, guaranteed W's are not something to scoff at in ECNL league play especailly in the mighty NA

Tophat, like NEFC is most definitely not allowed into ECNL based off of how they chose to go all in on DA

It would be a clear win for ECNL to add those clubs. You think they wouldn’t because of some grudge from years ago? That’s cutting off your nose to spite your face

I get what you are saying. It makes the most sense to add these teams.

But remember ECNl is ran by teams.

FC Stars wouldn’t dare allow local competition (NEFC) into ECNL.

It would kind of explain why Girls Academy added Springfield and apparently VRSC, right next to one of their own. Maybe GA is desperate to fill the holes left by the departing clubs

maybe then can bump PDA Blue-B (aka PDA White) back to the Northeast and have a spot open in the Mid Atlantic. It's a disgrace to allow a club to have their B team in the same division as their A team

IF it is true that Nationals from Michigan is going from GA to ECNL (have heard Michigan Hawks have told their families it is true), then it is a bullet to the heart of GA.

Nationals and Tophat are BY FAR the two best GA clubs, and Nationals reputation and social media presence has other clubs following along hook line and sinker.

If the GA has a chance they need to retain Nationals and Tophat or its a wrap as an elite platform.
