Marijuana in Baltimore

This is complete and total nonsense. Par for the course for a prohibitionist.

But she's wrong. Just be glad you don't have to smell it at your home at 7am. And noon. And afternoon. And evening. And sometimes 4 in the morning when she can't sleep.

I would have filed already

100% blame everyone who voted for more drugs in our society. (And yes, removing barriers to a drug increases its use).

I smell it in cars that drive by, so it is leading to more accidents also.

Great idea geniuses.

Nope. Dope consumers don't deserve to be prosecuted and there's nothing you can do about it except stomp your feet and pout. Deal with it.

Impaired drivers deserve to be prosecuted. Blame the cops who don’t even try.

This is a free society. If booze, tobacco, and beverages with 50 grams of sugar are legal then so is cannabis.

Don’t like the smell? Live on 5 acres in the country.

Legalizing marijuana has led to far more public consumption so there is truth to the out of frying pan and into fire observation. When marijuana was illegal I never smelled it anywhere.

I watched a car ping pong between cars as the owner I guess passed out on accelerator, and it was full of hot boxing smoke.

Buying, possessing and smoking marijuana in the privacy of your own home is one thing but openly smoking on public streets and in your car is another and infringes on other people's rights. There are many places that outlaw open containers of alcohol both in your car and in public. Seems like it would be relatively easy to enforce this with marijuana - its certainly easy enough to see and smell.

Why can't the law be enforced?

Don't blame voters and legislators.
