Deal with it.[/quote] Buying, possessing and smoking marijuana in the privacy of your own home is one thing but openly smoking on public streets and in your car is another and infringes on other people's rights. There are many places that outlaw open containers of alcohol both in your car and in public. Seems like it would be relatively easy to enforce this with marijuana - its certainly easy enough to see and smell.[/quote]
