Characters that ruined a TV Show

But he dies, and then the second season that kid who is his son or whatever shows up. And bam, just like that, a brilliant show becomes pretty much unwatchable. The kid actor was bad, but so was the writing for that character and don't get me started on the distracting cliche costuming choices.

Yep, I agree. The show went downhill.

Both Clarissa Mao and Reverend Anna were disappointing additions to The Expanse. Maybe “ruin” is too strong a word, but both characters were irritating and didn’t add anything to the plot at all. I cringed every scene Clarissa was in.

New doctor on Northern Exposure, I can't even remember his name

Wrong! Amy Farrah Fowler was the best character on the show!

I think Amy Farrah Fowler and Bernadette actually injected a new energy into the show that kept it somewhat watchable for a few seasons longer than it otherwise would have been.

Im watching Otlander season 3. Claire and Jamies daughter is awful. Her acting is just awful. I mean its not an award-winning show so the bar isnt super high and she completely ruins every scene she is in.
