Characters that ruined a TV Show

I read this article today about character's that were introduced or were main characters on a popular tv show that ended up ruining the show or temporarily ruining the show.
I was surprised to see what character's the author choose. So I will ask the group, what character do you think ruined a popular TV show? My opinion: 1. Sammy on Shameless 2. Simon Raven's character on the Cosby Show; she was Rudy 2.0 and her routine grew old to me I can't really think of any others right now. |

Rollins and her dreadful sister on SVU. Couldn't stand EITHER of them! And then Kat. Couldn't stand her either.
Otherwise that is my favorite show along with Seinfeld. Susan was awful on Seinfeld. But the envelopes got her. |
