I recently discovered that if I chop up lox and stir it into my good Greek yogurt (Fage 2% or full fat) with a couple of capers sprinkled in, it is so good. Sounds gross, I know (or it did to me until I tried it). But I love it!

This sounds fantastic and is highly relevant to my interests. I eat a massive ton of zero fat fage - hint: you can get 48 oz. Containers at Costco. I’ll try this out.

I have found Greek yogurt is a fantastic extra protein source. I use it on my oatmeal in the morning; which is also weird, but also fantastic.

Hey, lox-in-the-yogurt PP here… I ALSO started adding Fage to my oatmeal and was surprised to find I loved it, hahaha.
