Prior to his recent extension (which presumably included a raise), his base salary alone with Fox was ~$7M per year. He likely makes much more than that with bonuses, etc.

So, putting aside why anyone would pay that on a busy road and under a highway in the sky, let's say you have the correct knowledge of his base salary. We know he has other purchases, large expenses, and is the only one earning, yes? How is he buying a house for $6m, and putting in $25m? Even at that base salary, none of this adds up.

By the way, I thought he always looked naturally like a goon, but the plastic surgery thing makes more sense. No one looks that stunned and open-mouthed in real life.

I don't think it looks out of place for DC at all, and other than the terrible floors in the foyer it's really beautiful. It just looks more like a house than a home.

Oof. Quoting myself. Correction: I love the outside of this house. I don’t care for the inside at all.

Very weird mismatch between the traditional exterior and very modern interior.

Yes. Which is huge pet peeve of mine. I was really shocked in a bad way when I saw the interior.

The closets are amazing- my favorite part along with the exterior which is very pretty.

Have you ever lived on Foxhall such that you would know these things? I doubt it.

Some years I make an bit less, some a bunch more and invested in Tesla, Amazon, Apple, natural gas exploration as well as purchasing property in Nantucket and Florida year and years ago and I could easily afford this house.

Interesting to see where Joseph Goebbels would live if he were alive today, and what the price of a soul is.

Gorgeous exterior. WTH happened inside?

Sure; that’s not what happened though

Also, yes. Have you been recently?

I google searched images about him and WOW! Some plastic looking peeps.

It's the angle of the photo that makes the floor seem distracting. In real life it wouldn't be so bad.

Also honestly, who cares about the floor or any other finishes? Can you imagine the budget to decorate this should someone actually live in it? It’s just tile. No biggie.

Personally, I like this one better. This one looks like a Home.

I like this one better, too.

Remind me what Bret Baier does for a living? He's a political commentator, and has written a book or two. Wow, guess his job pays very well.

He hosts a propaganda show on TV.

The foyer reminds me of the beginning of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory when theyre taking the tour and go into that room that goes nowhere, right before they go into the chocolate room.

Not only that, but he and his wife purchased another mansion for $38 million earlier this year.

Fox clearly pays well.
