I do not understand the point of a house like this. It looks like an elegant but soulless convention center with sterile lodging. I wouldn’t trade my current house for it. I would have traded our starter house for it for the investment value with the idea we’d unload it instantly, but I would have missed my lovely, warm place desperately.
