Me too. The only time I enter a time is if I am using less power. |
| 2,3,0 start |
| Other- I don't typical think in total length intervals. I will usually heat for 20-30 seconds, stir, heat another 20-30 seconds, stir etc until a desirable, even temperature is finally reached. |
| #1 |
| #2, five taps. |
| #3. I hit 2 minutes then plus 30 seconds |
Same. Does not work on all microwaves. |
WHAT |
| Depends on what I want to warm. I usually will warm at a lower setting to a longer time. so I will hit - power - 50% for 4 minutes, and then at 80% for 1 minute. I want the food nicely heated through without becoming overly cooked or burned. It needs to taste freshly cooked. |
| There are other buttons on the microwave??? I can only see the 30 second one. |
|
I would put cook time at 222.
Close enough and easier than typing 230. |
| I'd put it in the oven. |
This is what I do because this is how my microwave works. the numbers 1-5 are for express cook And I have a 30 second button |
It has a dial for setting time duration, a few presets like popcorn, and a 30 sec button. |
This. I am so confused by this thread. I realize there are some microwaves that only have express buttons but the ones like that I’ve run across were in a convenience store and had specific “numbers” for specific products. Even our cheap one at work has a Time Cook button option. Press that button, then the exact time, Start and done. Guess I learned something new today. |
