Ozempic is not used to lose 5lbs you moron. |
I about that weight and height. I used to be 110 so it sucks. But I eat more than I used to and I’m not running around active like I was. Daily barre will help tone but not so much weight loss. It’s about consuming less calories. We’re lucky it’s a realistic goal to lose ten pounds. |
Which telemed would you recommend? |
um, new poster. Have you been perimenopausal or menopausal? Every year I eat less and yet gain weight. It's a wild battle. Right now I'm eating 1200 calories per day (age 50) and gaining weight month-over-month. I track the calories. I barely eat. I still gain. Some women don't have this problem as they age--they have the build where they get thin and almost scrawny at over 50. Others of us are fighting this battle daily. I was never a super thin build--a size 6/8 at 5'6", sturdy, athletic build. Perimenopause has not been kind to me. I recently had a GI illness and had a minimal calorie intake for about a week (not by choice). Didn't lose a pound. Started eating again (1200 calories a day) and immediately started gaining. It's something and it's incredible how different my metabolism was even a year or two ago. |
Sounds like you have insulin resistance. |
Oral meds are coming and it'll be much easier for those of us 10-15 lbs over weight and peri menopausal and fighting hormones and life stress.

No. Don’t take it unless it’s medically necessary. It hasn’t been on the market long enough and given to enough people over a period of time, to really know the long term side effects/risks to taking it. I guarantee they’ll be something serious; there often is. |
Sounds more like diabetes. |
Ew, this stuff makes you sh&t constantly, you know that, right? Nobody wants to lose five pounds that way. Disgusting. |
If that were true people wouldn't use Dulcolax to lose weight. Oh there you go, OP. No prescription required. Not healthy, but neither is using a prescription you don't need. Have you tried IF? |

I’ve been on it for over a year. I have not experienced what you’ve described. If anything, I struggle with the opposite. |
Everyone k owns when you go off this stuff your just going to gain it back right? There is no miracle weight loss drug. |
