Silo Series on Apple TV

I think bingeing it solves some of the complaints TBH. It did not work as well with weekly drops. The last few episodes are much more intense and tie things together. Weekly it was just slow in the earlier part this season.

I really loved season 1 - it's one of the few series based on a book where I knew nothing going in, and decided to keep it that way. I thought it was atmospheric and compelling and while the pace was slower than we're used it, it felt right.

Season 2 was harder - the beginning few episodes were too slow for me (after all, only hours/days had passed since Juliette was ent out - you lost any sense of that short time period). But then it picked up and became compelling.

However, I just couldn't handle the pacing and finally read the wikipedia summaries of the books and hmmm. very curious how closely they will keep to the books.

Agreed. The season kind of treaded water the first half and then the last couple of episodes were really good. Thought Steve Zahn did a good job. Wish Common could act, but the rest of the actors were generally an improvement.
