22 years between my mum and her youngest sibling( same mom and dad)

My older brother( my mom's first child) is older than my mom's youngest brother.

One girl I knew had an older brother who was 15 years older than her. Her parents couldn't conceive so she was a surprise. It was a weird relationship. They were both essentially raised as only children. I remember thinking it was SO strange her brother was 30 while we were in high school.

My mom's sister is 15 years younger than her. My wife's half brother (different mothers) is 36 years younger.

Same for me and my sisters. Definitely had separate childhoods, but once I hit my 20s, age stopped being a factor.

My aunt is three years older than me. She and my mother are 17 years apart.

My maternal grandma had her first child 6 months before her last brother was born, at age 22. So my mom has a brother and uncle the same age, in their 70s now.
Currently, a woman I know from work has 5 kids (all with the same husband) 22, 20, 7, 3, 1.

One of my neighbors found out she was pregnant the day she dropped her oldest off at college. It honestly sounded like the worst thing in the world to me. Reaching the empty nest only to start over with diapers.

When my older siblings were 19 & 16 and I was 13, my parents had kid #4. Then, 3 years later, they had #5. Same marriage; full siblings.

My FIL is the youngest of 7. Oldest DC was 19 and in the military.
