What cars do you consider to be tacky/ cringe?

All small, low driving cars. I'd hate to be driving one and in an accident. They offer little to no protection at all.

Anything with loud mufflers. Loud music blasting.
Big boxy SUVs (Lexus, Hummer, G Wagon), huge logos (Mercedes).

Brand new Jeep Wranglers with teenage driver +1

Lol yup, every luxury or semi luxury car has been named. Not everyone wants to drive a Prius or Outback.

Does anyone want to drive a Prius or an outback?

You sound like a psychopath. Get help.

Seriously

Chevy Suburban or any other vehicle that looks like a tank.

A car is a car- people should drive whatever they want. You drive what you choose to buy and let other do the same.

FWIW no one has named either of our 2 cars in this thread (yet), but why get worked up about what other people want to drive? There are far more important things to occupy your thoughts.

If the interest rate is lower than inflation it makes sense to finance, not pay cash.

DP. This is technically true, but there’s nothing like owning something free and clear.

Sure there is - five years in, realizing that you own your car free and clear, and paid less for it than the people tho have owned the exact came car free and clear for the past 5 years.

Yep, because everyone here just needs a car to transport them no one actually cares about cars plus you are supposedly an idiot to pay for a nice car. I would say trashy cars are those all dented up and covered in stickers, so most of what people here see as what everyone should be driving. here

Giant SUVs and Trucks, unless you are actually a contractor or farmer.

They’re just so try hard and cheesy. It is the most ‘look at me I’m middle class and want you to think I have a certain income’ car. It’s really no bigger inside than if it weren’t an suv.
I have no issue w regular Lexus but the rx is cringe as all get out

No. This is a you projecting issue. It's a car.
