Apparently that hasn’t registered so much. They both sound like they have mental health issues (not because of being tran) but just because

How delusional and pathetic they seem, but their actions are reprehensible just the same.

It's disgusting behavior is what it is. Jail them for a long, long time.

He/she or whatever the person is identifying as these days deserves the death penalty for treason.

They’ve been married for seven years so I’m assuming she’s a citizen by now. He has a clearance which would be very difficult if he was married to a non-citizen.

Does this harsh view on reasonable justice for treasonous conduct extend to Trump who openly simped for Russia/ Putin and valued their intelligence over US intelligence?

Would she have been subject to a background investigation upon their marriage?

This honestly reads like she's a sleeper agent who has been "grooming" the Major for years.

I should know the answer to your question because I have a family member who is senior executive service at a three letter agency, and multiple other friends with top-secret clearances, but I don’t. I bet someone else here does, though. I sort of agree with your next statement.

I’m really surprised they were released to go
home detention. The Annapolis couple were immediately imprisoned. As this couple could be as well.

Nuclear secrets vs. medical information. Vastly different sentencing maximum penalties. This couple is only looking at 10 years max.

The Annapolis nuclear secrets couple were exposed by a foreign government trying to curry favor with the USG. But I can’t see Russia doing that to these idiots lol

I’m wondering if the Major turned in his own wife and set her up? He’s probably had suspicions for years that she was potentially a spy.

Reading the DOJ document, the female sent a letter to the Russian embassy offering to spy. She got no response but an FBI UC contacted her. We probably have a friend in the embassy. I hope they are safe.

I meant I hope our friend is safe. These two deserve a long sentence but I guess they’ll only face ten years. What are the odds that they will escape?

How can they be convicted of anything? If you look at what is happening with Trump and the Jan 6th people getting probation. They will get an honorable discharge with partial pension and maybe probation.

Of course it would. But as of yet he hasn't gone as far as they did

It seems like they broke more laws than just a HIPAA violation….

They are not being accused of espionage.

A world war is breaking out. Keep your eye on the ball.
