Did you read the summary? They’re going to get 5 years for conspiracy and another 5 years or so for disclosing personal health information. It’s not that much. These people sound so crazy-motivated by patriotism for Russia during a time when Russia is a pariah

All the neutral to left leaning newspaper headline says "Army Major and wife charged with conspiring..." and right leaning papers headline says "First Openly trans Army Officer indicted..."

Why is the difference in reporting the same news?
