OP just eat more fat, eat less pasta/rice/chips/crackers. and drink less alcohol.
Also eat only when hungry, don't snack and don't eat because you're bored. |
The less I eat the better I sleep. When I’m dieting I literally do not have enough energy to stay awake at night and fall asleep early due to lack of calories. But I generally I deal with hunger best by preventing it and never getting too hungry. I only go hungry at night after 6 or 7 PM. |
I eat a big bowl of steamed brown rice with a soy chipotle sauce on it.
Or a big bowl of edamame or frozen blueberries. I eat as much as I want until I’m not hungry anymore. And then I think about how much it feels good to maintain my weight. I genuinely feel uncomfortable over a certain weight and just can’t stand the feeling. |
