Some variation of Cheerios, yogurt, store bought mini muffins, banana.

Constipated reading this.

What do you like to eat? I am also not sure if you are looking for something that does not need any preparation, or something that you could eat on your way out.

Make something in advance that you could either heat or just eat cold. Here are some options I like:

- cheese or ham & cheese sandwich that you put together at night and can just eat it cold in the AM.
- make salad like chicken salad or egg salad that you could have in the mornings
- overnight oatmeal
- plain yoghurt or with granola
- boil eggs for a quick am protein with a bagel or just on its own.
- freeze pizza slices and reheat for 10 min on a skillet.

Eating is essential and this is your body and health you are talking about. Everyone has the time to spend 5-10 making a simple meal, which pretty much anything you could want for breakfast during the week can be made in under 10 min. Make time to eat well

Single parent or DH same thing. They don't do nothing, don't cook nothing, just act like bish.

Simple question about fast breakfast ideas for a busy parent turns into judgmental BS. Typical DCUM.

I eat 1/2 of cottage cheese with cinnamon that I add. Not for everyone but I like it and its super easy.

cottage cheese is one food I just can't eat. The texture of chunky curdled vomit milk.

Make some breakfast burritos on the weekend and freeze. Pop them in the microwave and off you go!

Because nearly all breakfast choices are “simple and fast.” So you can either eat junk or grab something heathy but so so many options to pick from that aren’t processed garbage and just as easy

You sound like you're fun at parties.

Overnight oats? Half cup of oats, cup of kefir, tablespoon of Chia seeds and a tablespoon of honey. Mix and refrigerate. I usually double it and then add fruit to my serving in the morning.

+1. I love bananas and peanut butter!

I was going to suggest a PB and banana sandwich on whole wheat. Keeps me full all morning.

I also have a breakfast sandwich maker. Yes it's a ridiculous appliance but I use it 2-3 times a week. Super low effort breakfast sandwich.
