I watched it with my kids a few years ago, and it was less funny and much more violent than I'd remembered. They were kind of appalled that I thought of this as a hilarious movie from my youth! |

I think it will be enjoyed by future generations to come. A close second would have to be Sixteen Candles. Unfortunately it could never be made in our current cultural times due to the “Long Duck Dong” storyline but as an Asian-American, I love it!! 🤣🤣🤣 Other faves include: • The Lost Boys (R.I.P. to the ultra-talented star Corey Haim.) • Stand By Me • E.T. (but of course…..!) • Top Gun (when Tom + Val we’re H-O-T!) |
