Because it's just true.

It’s true with BSC too but they don’t accept the truth.

As long as a system is producing elite players, unless the abuse is legally wrong, and not just “harsh words” , then the club is doing the right thing.

Btw I don’t coach in the dc area but I coached in the Seattle area a few years ago.

Coaching untalented boys for the most part is pointless and thankless unless they are ultra hard working and willing to do anything on the pitch for you. Those boys are joys to train. But it’s only like 10% of the un talented boys. So at most only 20-25% of the boy pool even deserves training.

Coaching girls is way better. Even the poor players try hard and listen to instruction. Girls are also way way way less sensitive.

I also find that parents of boys are way more sensitive to what is considered “abuse”

I once had a parent complain to the club director saying I was mentally abusive during halftime because I told a boy I couldn’t trust him in midfield so I’m shifting him over to a differnt area in the field and he got super upset.

I'm going to video tape the antics of some habitually abusive coaches this spring and will post on twitter.

BSC will post signs “No video/audio recording allowed” at their games.

They do not have that right. You are well within legal limits to tape in public.

It’s BP from FCV to distract from his own, we’ll documented coaches.

BSC does have some terrific coaches but also have 2/3 way over the top (ie yellers) too.

BSC 06 another awesome showcase in FL. Organized and well coached. 3 and 0. 70+ coaches at every game. US scouts at every game. Post tournament interest has been tremendous.

Villarreal U12 boys coach DA is a screamer, and it almost never stops. He's disrespectful to refs too.

See that is the thing. They are not producing elite players; elite players are going to them. The players that go through their system do not get better because of BSC

If real abuse was occurring, elite talent (which is in extremely high demand) would not go to bsc.

Bsc does improve kids btw. The tools are given If you have the inner hunger and talent to excel
