Men, would you date or marry someone considered fat?

That is sweet but the constant eating everything in sight would bother me and I like long visible necks.

If you actually dated a large woman, you would find they typically don't eat that much more than skinny women, on the whole.

Agreed. I am fat. I went to see my sister this summer and stayed for two weeks. She is skinny. She ate twice as much as me every day.

But that's the thing about prejudice, it's never factually correct.

If she was great in bed and had a high sex drive, yes.

I bet society considers Christina Hendricks fat…

Thanks for the anecdote. But I'm willing to bet that most fat women who eat what a skinny woman eats on an ongoing basis would lose weight.

Google tells me she's 5'7" 161. so a BMI of 25.2.

I'd date her.

Your ignorance is really shining through. You'd be surprised how many of us eat very little and still don't lose weight. The science is still trying to figure it out. Maybe they should hire you. You seem to know what he deal is.

Did you stay the same weight?

I'd put on 20 lbs and then lose 30 lbs. At times I was in better shape than when I got married, which made her angry.

So your weight fluctuation is forgivable, even admirable, her hers is not. Got you.

I'm not the pp, but my wife and I were comparably thin when we met. I've gained 10 pounds in 20 years, she's gained 40+. I think it's our duty as partners to stay within 10% of the weight we were when we met.

Almost all women are thin when they get married. It’s after that things change.

I'm so glad I'm not married anymore. Still get plenty of action as a fat woman though. I just don't have to listen to this crap every day.

I bet you didn’t tell her the 10% rule you had for both of you when you expected her to have the kids...oversight I’m sure

She struggles with her weight though and I see a lot of very fat women married with thinner or chubby partners in dc. Should women just stop worrying about dieting if the goal is to look good?

100%, yes I would. Many chubby/fat women are very attractive--with personality, to boot.

Silly question, IMO.

No. Never have never will. If a person is fat, most of the time it means they are lazy. They don't care about health or taking care of themselves. Why would I want to be with someone like that? And if they treat themselves like that how will they treat me or kids?

Date her? I’d marry her!

If she would have sex with me every time I wanted it, yes.

So you view fat women as not having the right to consent. No one should date you.
