Which leads to more work on existing teachers...and then the blame comes from parents that their child isn't getting a quality education. Also, better not offer them incentives to stay or come on board for that matter (you know higher pay, days off) they already have it so easy.

I seem to recall that it doesn't matter whether the children's teachers were actually trained at all, or even teachers -- any warm body would do, just so long as the school was open. And then there was a lot of ranting about, pajamas? Or something.

It's likely to keep getting worse.


Mediocre teachers aren’t getting fired because of shortage. Way to go USA.
