Valor

They didn't list ALL the coaches. They just highlighted 3 with bios. They will all be coaching younger girls teams.

Valor Welcomes Three New Female Coaches

"We are always eager to increase the number of female coaches at the club, as we feel that they bring an important perspective and set a good example of women in non-traditional roles for our young athletes. We are delighted to welcome three young women who will be strong coaches to the club this year, and we think that our players will really enjoy working with them."

So they haven't sent out the coach slate to the actual Valor families yet, either? Even though they have some kind of newsletter which exists to convey information? That's wild.

I know of two different teams with kids from other clubs.

Why do people insist on lying like this? Is it they just don’t know (thus too stupid to check before putting out wrong info) or just lying (with complete bad intentions)?

Its hyperbole.

No one except the Valor stooge who posts here knows where every kid on every team
comes from. How would someone even "check" that?

Why does it bother you so much?

Why are you so bothered by someone debunking a liar?

NP- whats weird is the handful of valor lovers are sooooo triggered by trolls. Of course out of 60 Valor teams, they will have a handful of players from elsewhere and not their own rec leagues. Someone posts something that is obviously not true and you get all indignant rushing over to post that Larlo your neighbor played one year on BRYC's fifth team before upgrading to Valor gold and whhhhyyy are people so meannnn to Valor?

And it’s so noble of you to defend someone who posts obvious lies.

I find the trolls to be hilariously pathetic. They value posts that are critical of this club whether or not there is any truth to their criticism. Then if someone posts actual facts that refute misinformation, the person telling the truth gets accused of being "valor lovers" or an employee. They rally around any truth or lie that fits their narrative. Any truth that goes against their narrative, and they go on a diatribe about the person who discredits their narrative.
the fact is the club is garbage. They don’t develop players.. they dont win in general. And keep bad players on top teams. So many 2nd team kids i know of.. left and are playing at higher levels.

Another example of how posts that condemn this club seem fine even if they contradict other posts, as long as it sheds negative views. Several parents post that Valor players would never make the same level team in other clubs (i.e. top team Valor player equivalent to 2nd or 3rd team in other club). You post that "many 2nd team kids" "left and are playing at higher levels" at other clubs.

What's more ironic is how you contradict yourself in the same post. You claim they don't develop players, yet you go on to say the 2nd team players make it onto higher levels at other clubs. I'll save you the trouble of retorting by anticipating your next response- Valor didn't place the players into the correct category to begin with.

It's the normal pattern of posts here:
- Assert something negative about club
- Someone refutes assertion
- Attack and ridicule the challenger
- Come back with a different (but recycled) negative assertion

Do you just hang around here all day and night desperately rushing in to defend Valor? Its sad and strange to have your identity so wrapped up in your child's mediocre soccer team. Are you South Lakes mom? I felt so bad for her kid. Seriously, get a life or try therapy, maybe. Spending 24/7 lurking here to argue with trolls is not a good use of your time on this planet.

Amusing that you just validated the pattern described in the post you responded to

Yes. Continue the personal attacks

South Lakes mom had really immature syntax. The poster who jumps on here within five seconds night and day to fluff Valor writes properly. Conclusion: there are two Heroic Valor Defenders.

What are you even talking about? 90% of the stuff in here that you've been wailing over is actually true. You picking out one or two things that are disingenuous doesn't debunk every other person's valid critiques and experiences with the club. Get healthier hobbies than sitting on a club thread all day every day waiting for the 'haters' to reply.

So there are 2? Can’t be any more than 2? Moron.

Who gives a crap about female coaches- any coach will do for valor….

Another stupid debate!

Any adult, really. They don't have to even be a coach.

Yep, pretty excited to move on. I feel bad when parents of younger kids say that they are thinking about valor because it is the close club. If only they knew how wildly the product varies based on the coach. No actual program or consistency. 100% crap shoot with no real pathway.

Same. I don’t say anything unless someone asks about our experience or my opinion, because I don’t want to rain on someone’s parade especially if they have already signed up. But I feel bad if they have a kid who seems good and very enthusiastic about soccer. Less so if their kid is just ok and they’re just looking for a bit more of a commitment and fun. Valor is fine for that if you don’t mind paying.
