I read it was 2003-2005 |
I believe it is a Mosler. It seems his family are friends with the actual manufacture. |
Thanks |
Car is not reported missing so I think it is not unreasonable to assume that is the Mosler. |

The link loops through a series of videos. The reference to the Mosler is at 2:37 in the video titled "Laying out the facts in the Washington mansion murders".
Here is the link set up (at least as it displays for me) to loop that one video. Others opening might have to click on the specific article to get to the right video: http://edition.cnn.com/2015/05/21/us/dc-house-fire-money-motive/ |
Trust me, I want to see him rot in jail forever too. We are all on the same side here.

| I looked up AIW on Glass Doors. Wow...it appear SS supplied lunch every day to his employees. |
+1 And this is the thanks he gets for saving them that money every week. |

PSA:
To all the newbies to this thread, can you please either 1) read up on this case via news articles 2) read the 200+ pages |
| I agree that people worried about there only being a pizza crust as evidence are wrong that this guy might walk. These are some dumb and unsophisticated criminals. I am going to guess these idiots were using their cellphones all over the place and that they left additional evidence at the scene and at home. Wint probably googled SS's address recently. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. The police are just keeping tight wraps on the evidence at this time. Wint and anyone else involved will be convicted. Relax |
+1000. I have watched the person of interest video several times. The person appears to be lankier than the pics I have seen of Daron Wint. Daron appears to have wider shoulders. The person looks more like the brother. |
| So what are the potential extradition issues if some of them fled back to Guyana? Is that a non-issue? |
I thought so too but wondered if the quality of the videocam was such that it distorted his image. |

Lanier alluded to video "recovered from the scene." I assumed that was how they knew he ate the pizza wearing gloves. Only the police have access to this and there have been few details but she definitely alluded to it. Video won't ID a random guy, they got his name and info when they ran the DNA profile through the database then they presumably also use phone records to establish his whereabouts. That's why the pizza crust was so important. Still don't understand the issues with DNA people are talking about in this thread. Everyone except identical twins has unique DNA and DNA analysis is very sophisticated. You really think they ran a random strand of DNA through a database for a crime in DC and then out of 7 billion people on earth returned a guy who lives right down the street in PG county coincidentally? Who had worked for the victim, and has other evidence to place him in the area, and suddenly has thousands of dollars? And his unique DNA is what was returned by the database based on items at the scene. Lawyers will come up with some arguments all right, but they aren't going to argue it's a relative because thats obviously a lie and obviously lying is not a good defense especially in a heinous crime where jurors will have sympathy for a child being killed.
Most likely someone else will be involved and his defense will be that he was there but didn't actually participate in the murders/didn't know/was a pawn. He was there, and arguing otherwise would be pointless. They'll just have to see what evidence the police have and then try to argue there was some mitigating factor in his participation in the crime. |
Thank god the Mosler is safe.... |
