DOJ has obtained an order from Judge Howell granting Kash Patel derivative use immunity and compelling him to testify before the grand jury regarding the documents removed from the WH. He’s about to go through some things.

Why is this taking so long?

The former POTUS had TOP SECRET documents at his home, stuffed into his desk. Is this not a crime????? He is not POTUS any more. Those documents are not his property.

How complicated is it to charge him?

I can see that obstruction might take a little longer, but come on!! If I the DOJ found even one TOP SECRET document stuffed into my desk drawer, I'd be in jail right this very minute.

Why is the Cheato not indicted? When will he be indicted?

I’m with the other PP. I don’t care about some imaginary political rule regarding such and so many days before an election. The guy committed multiple felonies. You or I would be sitting jobless, wrecked and very likely in a jail cell awaiting a swift trial that would end in a chunky prison term.
