He is Jewish and cannot win.

Stop your racism, you bigot.

Jewish is not a race. How do you not know that?

Now to AOC, Whitmer, or any woman.

A dem woman can’t win. The first woman president will have to be GOP to make it ok. Look at the huge difference in how Obama was trested vs Trump. Obama was in a world of crap bc he had the audacity to wear a tan suit and omg! Michelle showed her arms in her first portrait. Does not even come close to the egregious behavior, overstepping, insane stuff that is happening now but… hey it’s all ok bc it’s GOP.

Chris Murphy for 2028. I started a post earlier a few months ago about this and I still believe he is our best chance. He has been very vocal in his criticism of Trump so I’m wondering if he’s also eyeing the nomination.

He is “insanely popular” with 40 percent of the country. An equal percentage of the country loathes him. If the Dems hadn’t fumbled the 2024 election by allowing Biden to run again and then drop out when it was too late for a primary, they would have won.

trump won because of inflation and the dems ran a bad candidate, who in spite of all the real fun coconut memes the left got excited about, had the personality of a toaster

I was serious about George Clooney or maybe there is another Hollywood type that appeals to the masses. It worked for Reagan and Zelenskyy. Even Schwarzenegger and Al Franken did well.

Whitmer is an experienced governor and seasoned politician.

AOC is a recruited bartender.

You say it like it's an insult. I'd rather be governed by a bartender than a seasoned politician.

But still, no to any woman.

It would be best if we allow the primary process to produce the best nominee and if that person is a woman, great. If it's a man, that's okay too. As long as there is a crowded field of fit and qualified candidates seeking the nomination and everyone is given a fair chance by the DNC and their donors, the primary winner will be the best nominee we've had since Obama regardless of their gender.

And part of that primary process must be rejecting the women.

I like AOC, she’s a fighter, not afraid of anything or any preconceived institutions. I am not saying I would vote for her right now, but would like to hear what she has to say.

Most Americans would like to hear what she has to say as well except for the wealthy mega-donors who determine which candidates are viable. Those folks aren't putting up with a bunch of tax the rich and close the wealth gap crap.

Yes well, heard that all before. And we are where we are b/c of that mindset. So, at some point, it’s go big or go home. I think she should be in the mix, that’s all I am saying.

I would pay to watch AOC and MTG argue the issues in the Lincoln-Douglas debate format. I find them both articulate, authentic, and compelling. AOC versus MTG in 2028 would guarantee a female president. Or the winner/loser of these debates could pair up as top/bottom on a bipartisan ticket to run against Rubio - who, incidentally, is the only keeper of the Trump II administration.
