Deprograming MAGA

Special Message to the Congress on the Internal Security of the United States, August 8, 1950

― Harry S. Truman

I’m glad that you understand the fascism the GOP represents if they get into office. Project 2025 is a terrifying road map for how they plan to chip away at all our freedoms.

A Texas man bought a Taylor Swift guitar at an auction for $4,000, only to proceed to destroying the guitar onstage, probably for Swift’s alleged sin of… endorsing Harris and encouraging her fans to do their own research but to make sure to vote.

An attendee at the auction had the (very confused) audacity to say: “It was unexpected, but not surprising. This part of Texas leans heavily conservative and the Biden/Harris administration isn’t held in high regard. A lot of the working class people that live around me feel that the administration gone from not working for us to working against us.” The cognitive dissonance that maga lives in is top tier.

Can you imagine being this ignorant? It is really sad.

Trump already has money, fame and power. He doesn’t need to be president to get it.

Trump is really good as losing money, so he always needs a new gift. He took $1.7B from the Federal Government during his first administration.

+1. This type of thinking, along with her deplorable comment is one reason why she lost the election.

Folks, this type of rhetoric just makes MAGA dig in deeper.

That's right. They can't think for themselves so they need to be very carefully patronized in order to get them to behave. And they are proud of that for some reason.

Education polarization is nuts. All the dumb people that used to vote Democrat (save the leftists) are now MAGA. MAGA has absorbed the dumbest demographics in the country, from white working class to Hispanic 2nd generation, to lead-affected boomers. Quite the cocktail

And he never stops wanting more. Being president was the most profitable grift he’s ever had. He wants to do it again and “better” - which to him just means pocketing more of our money.

Yes, it's funny how MAGA doesn't understand they're the bad guys

The thing is, the Qanon people think they are actually the "good guys."

I don’t have the time to read the article right now; that is one of the most confusing headlines I’ve ever read.
