This issue before the court is a narrow, technical one involving pendent jurisdiction for appeals from interlocutory orders. Cannin has made a totsl mess of things in revising her order after the 11th Circuit ruled with respect to excepting the classified documents from review by thecSpecial Master. Trump hasn’t demonstrated irreparable injury or a basis for emergency relief.

The man kept classified documents, lost or misplaced or did who-knows-what to a bunch of them (leaving the classified folders empty) -- why are we not all calling for his head?

Instead we're parsing legal rulings and waiting around hoping maybe someone might possibly come up with something that's even MORE incriminating than everything that's already come to light.

This is how a democracy can die, PP. When a faction of voters find themselves a hero to worship, forgetting that democracies worship ideas and principles, never human leaders; and when that "hero" proves himself to be unworthy, by bits and dribbles, but manages to distract and gaslight every time, while his supporters forgive him because he protects them from fears he has himself invoked and stoked. Until his crimes get so heinous that anyone not brainwashed would be shocked. But his supporters have accepted his worldview and protect their entire identity and sense of self by clinging to his lies - if they didn't, they would lose all their belief system. Their instinct of psychological self-protection does not allow them to recognize the house of cards, even if on some level they may know none of it is really true.

I am losing it. But I've been losing it since the disabled reporter mocking, and the Megan Kelly bleeding debate incident. I'm gritting my teeth, keeping my head down, and waiting for justice to take its course. There's nothing else I can do, except vote. My outrage doesn't help.

I'm putting my faith in the legal system and praying.

Good people have been losing their ish over this!! The conservative corporate media has a vested interest in helping the GOP win. They kept Benghazi and butteremails alive with above the fold stories, more below the fold stories and op-eds constantly. This they downplay.

With the full blessing of the GOP, Trump stole classified docs. He may have sold or traded some of them to our enemies, god knows Ivanka and Jared brought in nearly a billion and for what? Probably for being the conduit for intelligence we paid for that they sold for their daddy.

The other thing is that the GOP is assaulting the US on multiple fronts. It’s not just this as a huge, earth moving event, their moves to enslave women are equally huge. And those are just two things they’re doing.

I'm not very optimistic, though
