Hayfield Football Coach Fired

Anonymous
Homeless students are provided resources so this would fraud - isn't FCPS obligated to report or file charges ?
Anonymous
Does anyone have the email / announcement from Hayfield principal to post / share?

(I’ll note that my children do not go to Hayfield and don’t play football, so not sure why I’ve gotten at least three rather long emails.)

CliffsNotes version: coach with a history of breaking/bending rules and laws but wins a lot against subpar competition gets hired to coach at Hayfield (and somehow also is hired to be their chief of security). He violates countless public school regs, and possibly state and federal laws, to usher 31 transfers in the door. He also brings on coaches who, among other things, seem to enjoy giving drugs to/doing drugs with minors. Meanwhile Hayfield and FCPS administrators don't just turn a blind eye to all of this, they basically support it by trying to sweep it all under the rug. And, at the same time Hayfield supporters lob all kind of baseless accusations (including racism, unfounded claims of other programs cheating etc.) at those simply wanting the cheaters to get their just desserts. I am sure I missed a few things, but that's the shorthand version.

Important to note that there is very likely a financial aspect to this as well.

Someone from Hayfield administration and/or Gatehouse is likely complicit in illegally funneling athletic department and/or school general funds for this. (Ie taxpayer dollars were misspent.)

Oh, agreed 100%. The second shoe hasn't dropped yet. It's gonna get so much worse for the Hayfraud folks and those who tried covering it up. Don't get me wrong, I genuinely find Asra Q. Nomani to be an pretty crummy human, but based on her previous reporting, she has SO much more lined up. I could see folks ending up behind bars for this. And I'd shed no tears if I am right. These Hayfraud transfer parents and Hayfield coaches/administrators didn't do their due diligence when they first saw her start reporting on this stuff (or they're just plain dumb). She does not F around.

It seems to me that the thought of him having to coach against this man. So if one truly wanted to “speculate” that this has been a conspiracy against Hayfield from the very beginning. Now please someone tell me how you can’t see that being the case. He was the ONLY coach mentioned in the text and now it was him that spearheaded the coaches boycotting. It’s something you have to at least consider.

How about because it is WRONG. Not because he was SCARED, or SHOOK, or RACIST. I cannot with the self important, misinformed Hayfield lovers.

What was wrong, the man hadn’t even been hired yet, but folks knew that apparently that potential hiring would shake Panonni. So, yes he was definitely shook, believe what you want to.

Its SO weird to me that you think this comment is important at all. Who cares what some anonymous person thought about what some other random FCPS football coach would think about the Hayfield cheating?

What’s weird is we’re supposed to believe everything else the text threads said but can’t dissect everything IN the text thread. In a court of law all that’s needed is to present any sort of reasonable doubt. Nownlet that meditate in your spirit

Your point is that an Anonymous person thought a South County coach would be upset that Hayfield was hiring a notorious cheater.
What is your point again?

Notorious, what again has he been proven guilty of? What? Pls do elaborate. Allegations are not facts, simply they are questions one would like to have answered

My god you Hayfraud boosters set yourselves up every single time.

What's he been proven guilty of? Well...I don't know...

How about playing ineligible players or did he not have to forfeit games back in 2021 for doing so?
How about playing ineligible players when he was told not to, twice, by his principal, Inez Bryant?
How about illegal/inappropriate use of county property for his own personal gain while at Potomac? Or was he not fined for doing that?
How about yet more illegal/inappropriate use of county property for his own personal gain while at Freedom? Or was it not recommended by investigators that he face disciplinary actions for doing so?
How about lying about his credentials to get the job he has at Hayfield?
How about verbally threatening a female online?
How about never filing the proper paperwork for his so-called nonprofit?

I could go on... but, he is clearly a notorious cheater.

You tried it, but I’ll let you think it since you seem so vested in this.

This response aged poorly...

Why did Reid not act on the text messages when she got them on 11/19?

The text messages did not contain anything she had not been told already. It wasn’t new information.

But the Fairfax Time publishing it made it impossible for her to keep shoving under the rug.

I'm going to go with...she isn't that bright?

That said, I cannot believe the cheaters were allowed to take the field against Edison after Reid saw these texts. She needs to be canned ASAP.

No whoever hayfield was going to play will just have a bye

I don’t want to sound like an ass but the in all honestly they likely would’ve lost to WSHS

I can’t in my head get what the 3-6 and 4-5 games would’ve been but

I think the only possible outcome difference would’ve been soco beating west Potomac at west Potomac

Lake Braddock would’ve still won
WSHS would’ve still won
Fairfax would’ve still won

They beat WSHS like 49-6 this year but doesn’t matter it seems now

So will Hayfraud be allowed to keep playing?

Can Reid be put on admin leave like she does to her principals?

Forgive my ignorance, but how do you know the first two sentences to be true? I mean, I think you are right, but has it been verified?

I am not one to jump to extremes, but this does seem like the best option at this point.
