The good news is that even if you are not one of Loudoun's better 07s, they may still have an ECNL spot for you after the top players wake up and smell the coffee.

Rank does not mean quality of play, particularly at the younger age groups. The video of Loudoun's top 07 team on this thread was painful to watch. But you are right, both Loudoun and FCV will probably attract some parents that select clubs solely based on rankings.

Except Loudoun ECNL 06 beat FCV DA 06 this fall. So should the best 06 and 07 players pick Loudoun? Makes sense to me.
