He ended it with “outsiders are always welcome” which is a recruiting plug.
The best part is he knows Loudoun is open to outsiders. He knows which of his DDs former teammates are on the Red team. They also know who he is. LOL. |
^^ This ^^ FCV is never loyal to its own players. FCV dad might end up recruiting his own kid off the team. |
OMG - LOL!!! |
| Give it time. 1st year in ECNL. Teams are of course better than teams Loudoun played in CCL. |
|
| The future for Loudoun ECNL looks good. The ECNL Mid Atlantic is the toughest level of soccer you can find in this area. |
In VA, yes. In MD, the NE division has better teams, at least for the two age groups that had games this Fall (e.g., PDA, FC Stars, etc.) |
+1000 |
| If Loudoun played in NE division, the future of Loudoun's ECNL program would have been even brighter since NE division has better level of competition! |
| Let me ask some of you, what is the end goal here? I assume most of you would love to have your daughter play at college level. If that is the case, DA or ECNL will both provide that opportunity. Anything beyond, you must really have a great player. Honestly, how many of you really believe that? I am making sure my daughter first and foremost is focused on education then soccer. |
| after college, 99.99% of players end up in adult leagues if they want to continue playing. |
|
FCV is still better than Loudoun
Happy Thanksgiving!

But that's not an option, is it? In fact, didn't the BRYC boys just get moved out of the NE conference to the Mid-Atlantic one? |
This was a sarcastic comment, you totally missed it. |
| Different poster, but i don’t get the sarcasm. Steel sharpens steel. I’d rather have a player on a lower performing team in a high performing environment vs being top team. More bang for the buck in their development. |
