Or…common folk, like you, can return to the forum for the masses (AKA, the public school forum). I know that you like it better over here, but you really don’t belong. You keep trying to convince us, and yourselves, that you’re “receiving a private school education for free.” However, the truth is that you’re receiving what you’ve paid for: a public school education for free. That’s why, on average, the outcomes are different. Despite your trespassing on this thread, our experiences are not the same. lordy, you reek of insecurity. |

What a racist stereotype. The most uber tiger mom I know is white. She screams at her kids for not winning the top grades and academic prizes. They talk about her abuse to their friends. They’re angry, whipped, sadly f***ed up kids. They’re bright but not the brightest. She is relentless in demanding that they have to be the best whatever that means. At the Big 3 if you need supplementation to excel you will fall behind. Too much work being assigned to have time to supplement and still be on top. It’s something you do only if you can’t get a subject on your own. |

| NP here. I appreciate the public schools for comparison. Downthread there were also links to SWW, JR and TJ. Parents are weighing all options and should aim to make the best decision possible, especially with the 50k price point. |

Private school is an investment. There are other factors, beyond college matriculation, that are involved in choosing privates. |
