At one point in time I aspired to be an appellate lawyer and was disappointed that it didn't work out for me. I am no longer disappointed, but am kind of thankful.

Using the distress call with the flag in this context is bordering on illegal and certainly countray to the flag code the right espoused when castigating Kaepernick.

When a Supreme Court Justice willfully distorts and manipulates facts to suit their goal of a wrongful conclusion, not once, but twice, it is beyond problematic.

Alito already knows the result he wants and then reverse engineers how he's going to get there. His judicial legacy has been flushed down the toilet.

Life time appointments need to go. The court needs to be increased to a pool of 50-60 justices that get selected at random to hear cases.
